Absolutely the worst experience ever. I saw the Groupon for $129 and I called her to simply ask questions (it took like 5 attempted for the call to even go through) about how long the facial was and she started hassling me over the phone telling me to buy the Groupon from her directly or else she will charge me an extra $25 "tax." I told her I'd think about it and I'd have to work out the schedule with my bf and I'd call back. She was so annoying and kept repeatedly saying "Buy the deal from me," "buy the deal from me." Compared to the other deals I saw on Groupon, this place had the better reviews on Yelp so I told my sister to call the number and purchase it for me because I didn't want to deal with the lady again. When my sister called, she told her the same thing but ended up charging her $149 because of the same tax. I will make a strong point now: BUY FROM GROUPON IF YOU STILL WANT TO TRY HER OUT BECAUSE GROUPON WILL PROTECT YOU IF YOU HAVE A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH HER AND YOU CAN REQUEST A REFUND. Unfortunately we made the mistake of buying from her directly so now all we can do is share our experience. Firstly, the parking situation there is atrocious and 2 hour max limit, so if your message is 2 hours, you will most likely get a ticket. We got there 20 minutes late because of lack of parking, and understandably they did not offer to make up the time although they were not busy at all (for some reason the lady on the phone likes to make it sound like they are super busy and booked even though I did not see that on my visit). Their AC was apparently broken and the rooms were so hot (the ladies didn't speak English or just ignored me, so I wouldn't know for sure). My bf and I had to take turns getting facial/massage, although it was suppose to be a couples message. The message was good, and the facial was not. I've had several facials before and sometimes during this facial I felt like the lady was doing nothing when my eyes were covered. The facial did not feel good. Also they left the door open the whole time so it was very noisy and far from relaxing. At the end, they demanded $20 tip per person. Note: They did not ASK, they DEMANDED. My experience was horrible. I will be submitting a claim to BBB. You might have a better experience, but to protect yourself, PLEASE PURCHASE THE GROUPON IF YOU WANT TO STILL TRY HER OUT. SHE WILL STILL CHARGE YOU THE EXTRA FEE THAT SHE THREATENS TO CHARGE YOU FOR BUYING THE GROUPON. An extra $20/$25 will save you a possibly $189 that I WASTED on this place.

Found this place though a "Local Deal" Took a chance and purchased a package and I am 100% pleased with the service provided. For attention, care and professional service at this level it should cost a lot more. The facility is very clean, and I have been recommending it to a lot of my family and friends

Very beautiful and peaceful space. I love their facials and body treatments. The staff are very nice and professional. Facials are the best!!!!! Great organic products, exfoliating masks, extracts and relaxing massage. I have a problem skin(acne) after couple of facials my skin got so soft and clean even my friends noticed. Prices are affordable!!! My facials or body treatments always start on time. A couple weeks ago i got a body scrub, which was GREAT!!! After the scrub my skin felt so soft and fresh. And they have a room allow you to shower in a private. I love the atmosphere in the spa. Front desk girls are very helpful and always so polite and nice on a phone. Highly rec. this Spa for FACIALS and BODY TREATMENTS. Visit this spa and you won't regret.
