The driver came today on a second delivery and all he did was scratch out that my signing the FedEx label was not allowed. OK, thanks for correcting me, but how about knocking on the door, ringing the doorbell, etc. He did not do any of that. He just left. I called the 800 # and they say he will attempt to redeliver, but this is inexcusable. And I am a FedEx account member. It is also inexcusable that you can not call your local FedEx facility because they will not list the phone number or give out the local number. If they would do that, I could call the local facility and they could easily reach the truck driver. All in all poor service. I'm glad Stubhub swapped to UPS. I know when I ship my ebay stuff (average 2 items a day) I will never use FedEx because I don't want my customers going through the same thing.
