Reputation.com refused to honor our fully executed contract despite numerous attempts to contact multiple people and departments within the company. They will not answer or return phone calls or emails and have not provided any services in the four months since we entered into an agreement. We finally sent the company a certified letter terminating the agreement for breach of contract due to non-performance (per the terms) and have engaged the services of another provider. However, Reputation.com’s accounting department continues to send notices and attempt to collect what it considers to be a past due invoice, with the invoices not even being sent to the billing contact specified in the agreement.
