I started taking my car here because it was very convinient for me to do so. I spend a lot of time on the road and drive around 6K miles a month. The prices were ok and they seemed to know what they were doing so it was fine. \r I stopped taking my car here because of the customer service. Despite the fact that one of my two cars was in the shop once a month they never knew who I was. I still kept taking my car there howerver as it was convinient. However I started noticing that the work was a little sloppy. After an oil change I opened the hood and there was a rag left behind. \r The final straw was after I had my tires rotated I noticed a lug nut was missing. So I took it back to the shop and expected them to replace the nut. I had just spent over $400 at the shop for new rotors, and an oil change and tire rotation. They said that I brought my car in like that and wanted another $10 to fix the lug nut. I couldn't believe it! I wasn't trying to get anything for free but I had checked my tires prior to taking it in and therefore I knew I had all my lugnuts. The mechanic looked at me like I was crazy and from that point on I took my business somewhere else. \r Don't go here unless you have to. As a comsumer you deserve to be treated better.
