I came to your Redwood City California location for a simple MRI of my knee, had an appointment at 4:15, but wasn't taken back for the procedure till almost 5pm. Fine running behind, I understand. The concerns I have with this establishment is the lack of professionalism from Sheila, the manager of this site. My CD that they provided to me with the images of my scan were incomplete, and did not have all the images needed for my clinic visit the following day. My visit was a waste of time for me, and frustrating for the MD; because he could not give me clear answer or solution till he gets the complete MRI images. I called to complain to Sheila about my dissatisfaction with my MRI visit, and from the start of the phone call she was rude, short and hung up on me. Absolutely poor customer service, not an apology for the inconvenience or anything, her excuse was, " I was not there." Regardless, as a manager you are to insure your staff are taking care of patients and providing them complete image on their CD when they walk out. Please tell me how difficult can that task be? As a manager you need to take a customer service training course, you do not talk to patients like that, ever, and to hang up on them.
