Bay Area Plumbing & Heating has been serving residential and light commercial customers in the San Francisco Bay Area since the 1980s under the direction of founder and owner Lance Eastman. The company offers a wide range of services from repair and installation of new equipment to providing ongoing maintenance to keep your heating, cooling and plumbing systems running at their peak efficiency.

To accomplish this mission, Bay Area Plumbing & Heating devotes countless hours to continuing education for its staff and has joined several nationally recognized organizations, including the Better Business Bureau (BBB), Radiant Panel Association (RPA), and International Association of Mechanical and Plumbing Officials (IAMPO). The company is also certified as an accredited geothermal installer by the International Ground Source Heat Pump Association.

Our trucks are fully stocked and regularly inventoried, so that most repairs can be made in a single visit.

Up-front pricing

Our technicians supply pricing before work begins, so our customers know ahead of time exactly how much it will cost to make repairs to their furnace, air conditioner, radiant heat system, tankless water heater, heat pump, mini-split heating and air conditioning system, or other equipment.

Convenient scheduling

Service calls are scheduled in convenient two-hour windows and we call to confirm appointments before coming.
