Absolute Barbecue Company is one of the largest off-premise caterers for both private parties and corporate events in the Bay Area. Based in Redwood City, Calif., the company offers a variety of rental products, such as tables with linen, banquet table, kiosk table with linen, cocktail table with linen, children's table with linen, white samsonite chairs, children's chairs, spatter ware and scroll ware. In addition, it provides a variety of menus, including preset barbecue menus, ala carte barbecue menus, barbecue add ons, beverage service and drop off menu. Ala Carte Barbecue Entrees include from the grill, between the buns, tableside carving, fresh from the sea, rubs and sauces.

I have been using Absolute Barbecue Company & Catering by Dana for years. Their friendly professional staff is exceptional and is always proactive in providing flawless service for every event.
As, an event planner, I utilize Absolute Barbecue Company & Catering by Dana for several events every year. Whether its a group of 30 for a sales meeting of 2000 for a company picnic or holiday party, I am always impressed.

A Caring Caterer that support Homeless Outreach efforts

YesEvents is a community outreach project that gathers unused and safely handled catering remnants, and then uses those to prepare meals for the working poor and homeless in the greater San Jose area. (go to yesevents dot org for additioal information about our efforts)\r \r Working together with Catering by Dana and the Absolute Barbecue Company we have fed over 25,285 men, women, and children, and produced 15 outreach events touching the lives of 2285 shelter residents with Joy, laughter and entertainment. At these events we bring fresh hot barbecue (largely supplied by Catering by Dana), live entertainment (donated by caring local artists), and children’s activities/games, to the lives of emergency housing shelter residents in need of encouragement. \r \r Catering by Dana is a well established kind and caring organization that has willingly reached out to help us in our efforts. Without the generosity, trust and fearless donations of CBD, our community outreach efforts would never have been possible. Thank You Dana Stephanie and ALL of the crew of CBD and ABC for all your efforts, together we have managed to make a difference in a difficult world.\r
