I took my car to Leo at Redmond Transmission after receiving the news from a Ford Dealership that I needed a new transmission on my 2008 Ford Escape and was just 2,000 miles out of warranty. Leo recommended to get my car out of the dealership and take it to a specialist who could confirm the transmission actually needed replacing or just needed a few new parts. Leo confirmed that the transmission did need to be replaced but recommended I call Ford and try to work with them since I was so close to being covered by my warranty. He hated to charge me to fix my car if there was any way Ford would be able to help me. They were able to offer me a discount that made it worth it to take it back to the dealership. Leo spent several hours looking at my car and researching the problem for me and he even met with the tow truck to get my car out of his shop and back to the dealership. After all of this he did not charge me a penny for his time! He said he felt bad about the situation and just wanted me to get help getting my car fixed. Leo's kindness and support created a customer for life. I will refer his shop to everyone and continue to take my car to him for future services. Thanks Leo!
