Fraud, scam, rip off, beware, stay away, don't shop here!!!!! Liars, cheaters fraud!!! Anything to rip you off or get your money!!!

So, I'm in my 7th month of pregnancy and last Wednesday my husband and I went into the Redlands store to order a crib and dresser to be delivered to my house. We have been looking for the perfect crib to suit our needs and price range and we found it. The price of the crib and the dresser were factors but safety was the main factor. We chose the dresser contingent on if it would be put together by the time it was delivered to our house. When we paid 1100, we were ensured buy the girl with the big mole on the side of her nose that for sure and guaranteed that the dresser would be put together when it was delivered. THIS was a big lie like the big mole or growth on the side of her nose. If she doesn't know what she's talking about; she's incompetent and deserves to be fired. She committed fraud and she's a thief. Today is Saturday and the dresser and crib were delivered and the dresser WAS NOT, WAS NOT put together!!! I'm beyond livid and I've been defrauded, cheated and lied to. To make matters even more awful; calling the store was useless as usual. Since working there doesn't require any skill or ability, I was enraged even more after calling. I spoke to management and was told that I could bring the dresser in to the store to be put together. Really, so I'm supposed to put this big huge box in a vehicle it will fit in and bring it there?? Wow, what an idea!! Are you kidding me?? Obviously they think my IQ is as low as theirs is to even consider this!! The dresser is already at my house, why would I take it anywhere. Your store is garbage, you lie, you rip people off, you defraud people, no one in your store is of average intelligence; it's low IQ everywhere!!! This isn't my first review or attempt to wreck your business and get everyone especially the liar with the big huge growth/ mole fired for lying to customers. I'm 7 months pregnant, sick, and I can barely get around yet this person lied to our faces just to make a sale. I've been defrauded/ and ripped off. Don't shop here, or go here for anything!! Go to buy buy baby or Target. From calling the store to getting honesty; this store fails. Incompetence, liars, rip-offs are rampant in this store. Don't shop here, let's close this garbage heap down so no one else gets ripped off. Stay away, beware don't get scammed!!

About the lousiest customer service I have ever received in my lifetime. Kept me on hold 56 minutes while looking for an item and when I thought they were coming back to the phone to help me instead they just hung up. Made several attempts to reach someone back and phone rang until it would disconnect.
