Stefan's Banquets at St. Michael'

OMG! Have nothing bad to say! The staff is amazing, the building is clean inside and outside. The food is ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! Stefan goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with everything. You must give it a try!

We have celebrated numerous occasions at Stefan's. I have the honor of knowing both Pete and his son, Stefan, for years. They are both men of honor and integrity. They follow through on your agreement and are very accommodating. The food is home cooked and always delicious and very high quality. Food is always served fresh and hot. Their broasted chicken is outstanding. They also make great soups, simple but delicious. I highly recommend Stefan's for any of your banquet needs.

Their service was outstanding I had my wedding there on July 29, 2017, and I don't think I would have picked a better place. The food was exceptional and the staff was awesome. The place was clean and I had no complaints everything was perfect. The drinks were just right for my wedding. Stefan was very dependable and reliable he was on point with everything with the wedding. I called Stefan over at-least 20 times and he answered every time and answered all of my questions. If I ever have another event it will be here and no other place!

The best broasted chicken in metro Detroit. A true established gem of the metro. Stefan's has been catering my private parties for years with their prized recipe chicken. I recommend their takeout, onsite catering and full service banquet at their hall.

I do not recommend as the owner ( Stefan) is unprofessional, disrespectful and offensive. He verally attacked and scolded me and my party (all women) on the day of our event as we decorated the hall we rented. I definitely will not do or support any future business with him.

I can't recommend Stefan's highly enough. This venue was the one thing for my daughter's wedding that went smoothly! NO problems! Very accommodating. Old school awesome, respectful customer service is what you get here :) Stefan was always available to answer the smallest questions during planning. So patient! During the event, the staff was very attentive. The food...AMAZING. All our guests went away full and happy. :) Had a blast. Please, if you are on the fence, go with Stefan's. You won't regret it.

very disappointed ! poor costumer service

The man who answered my call was very rude, i was asking him a simple question and his answer was not a very good one.

i was looking forwrd on booking this hall , but after that i will not ,also i will gladly tell me friends to not go here!!!!

Thank you for the wonderful comments they are much appreciated. Our only goal is to make sure all our guests and customers are treated fair and given the best food service and price possible. To the young lady who is disappointed about my customer service or phone etiquette I apologize if I offended you. But when every Saturday in a certain month is or has been booked for over a year and you ask for a Saturday in that month I really don't need to look at the calendar. I know the date is booked as soon as you asked for a Saturday in that MONTH which was already booked!!!! I guess in the future I need to pretend to look at the date even if I know it's already booked not to upset people. We've had a great year and I thank all my customers greatly. Much respect.

I threw a retirement party for my Mom at Stefan’s on January 18, 2015. From beginning to end, it was a great experience. Stefan was always so nice and very accommodating when I spoke with him. He did everything in his power to help me make the party great. The party space was the perfect size and very clean. The staff at Stefan’s provided great service. And the food!! My goodness, everything was DELICIOUS!!!! The broasted chicken was the best!!! My guests thoroughly enjoyed the menu.

I can’t wait to plan my next event at Stefan’s. You should too, you won’t be disappointed! The price, the service, the venue, and most importantly, the food, were all EXCEPTIONAL!!

I was very disappointed with the customer service I received when I called to inquire availability for my daughter's Quinceanera. The man that answer was rude and became even more rude as soon as I told him my event would be a quinceanera. He immediately told me that he was booked despite I had not mentioned the date. When I questioned him about how could he know without the date, he asked for the date. He once again, immediately said he was booked. When I called other venues it took the person time to look at a calendar or check their computer. I am making sure all my friends and relatives know about their awful customer service. I wonder if the venue was really booked.
