North Valley Fitness

I have been to all the other gyms in redding and have found that most of the equipment is painful on not only my joints but my workout partners as well. The ones with carpet smell like mold and sweat. The bathrooms are no where as clean feeling or smelling as Cutting Edge Fitness. I like the fact that if I want to sweat, Cutting Edge has a saunna. Some of those places out there its too hot and stuffy because they don't run their a/c or not enough of it. I am a big fan of their juice bar that features clean refreshing protein drinks without all the fillers and stuff that stick to you. The Aerobics Floor is awesome and keeps my joints from hurting. The weights all weigh what they are supposed to - not all places can claim that. The staff is friendly and helpful with machines and excersizes. If you are unsure about the best way to do something, they will help you out. Its like back home hospitality with all the modern workout amenities. I'd definately check this gym out if anyone is interested in working out at a place that is knowledgable, clean, friendly, maxamizes your workout with their Nebula Fitness Equipment (check it online), and is totally affordable and worth every penny. But, make your own opinion huh?
