Major Muffler

I wish I could give them 7 stars. Troy and his co-workers are the greatest. They are the most professional and courteous people I have ever dealt with as service people. They repaired some shoddy work done by another shop on my motorhome. They straightened it all out , including replacing a broken exhaust manifold. They do things properly, professionally and on time. Troy was truly sorry for the trouble I had with another shop and assured me it would not happen at his shop. I just could not be happier with them.

Troy and Dan are wonderful guys to deal with. I always come back to this shop when others don't have an answer. Prices are always Fair! Don't know why I even go to other shops, except that I live in Red Bluff.

We have water tenders out on the Ponderosa fire. At 4.30 pm we get a phone call that one of the trucks has a broken pipe leading into the muffler. He is an hour away from Redding. We called Major Muffler, who closes at 5:00 pm, to see if they were willing to stay open to help us with our emergency repair. Fortunately, they were gracious enough to stay open and repair our truck so he could get back to the fire without getting dropped from the job. This could have been a disaster for our company if we couldn't keep the truck working. Thank you so much for being a 5 star company. You are our hero.

I can say how many time Major Mufflers has come through for me.

My son lives in Burney and I live in Antioch. Yes you can imagine the stupid

things he has done to the car. But each time it took one phone call to them

and they fixed it. They are honest and their prices are good.
