        Basically robbed me for 2k. He over soaked my carpet. Couldn't fix it. Had another cleaner h vac clean and try to save it best they could. But I had to get new carpet due to the fact I could never really clean mine again due to the damage. And he tried to blame me!! Stay away. ! ����
