Everyday Healthcare

I haven't found a clinic in town yet that I would want to go back to, until I went to Everyday Healthcare in Redding. My daughter was very sick, so I called to make an appointment and they said there were no openings until the next morning. I told the receptionist my daughters symptoms and how scared I was for her, and she told me she would put me in the schedule anyways and to come right in. I didn't have to wait very long at all, and my daughter and I were treated like actual people and not rushed in and out like I've experienced in the past. I was very happy with the service from the receptionist and the doctor. I wil be definitely be going back! I'm happy to finally have found a doctor's office I can rely on when my child or I are sick!! :)

I fell and cut my leg really bad, came here because I did not want to wait at the ER. Everyone was nice and very good at explaining what needed to be done (stitches). I came in and followed up, they made sure it was healing properly and taught me how to clean it until it healed. I am so glad I came here instead of the ER! You can't get the personable care that they had here at the hospital.

I have been coming here for over 20 years now. I do sometimes have to wait if I did not make an appointment, but it is worth it! I get treated with the utmost respect and the staff are all so sweet and caring. I would much rather come here than wait in the ER for hours and hours!

This place has great receptionists and great doctors but the initial nurses that deal with you make this place not worth coming to. They are condescending and mean. They will make you feel ba or stupid no matter what you have done. I went in due to stomach pains that have been on and off for 5 years. She called me a typical stupid male and talked down to me the entire time she was in the room, stressing me out, and making my stomach issue worse.
