Hello! I have a little story for you about this salon hope you enjoy!! So It all started with my sister she said "why not try my nail lady you will like her" so I gave her a try she is the owner of this shop and I was excited to find a new nail lady. So every 2 weeks I would go in and it was always a hit or miss I either loved them or hated them (my nails) so we were about to go on a family vacation to Lego Land CA and we were excited so I brought the whole fam in to get Lego nails done ( I bought Lego movie nails decals just for the occasion) So first asked if my daughter could go first you know a 9 year old doesn't have a lot of patience and I wanted her to be happy I was told NO that she had me scheduled first (don't see why that mattered but whatever) So I go first I had drawn a little pic of what I would like so It would be easier for her to understand what I wanted (she laughed at this) so she begins and I can already tell she is in a bad mood she isn't engaging in convo with anyone so she starts to do my nails and gets out the black glitter for my Lego Batman hand (awesome) well when she gets to the thumb for some reason she goops it on and as my hand sits there a bunch of the acrylic dripped to one side so I told her about it so she could fix it well she left it and just put clear acrylic over it and said nothing I thought to myself she must be planning on filling it so I wait while she finishes she files a little but ends up filing some of the black and it turns silver ( mind you there is no silver anywhere on my nails for this to blend in) so I ask her again can we please fix it and she pretends like she doesn't here me so she finishes and I look at it and it was horrible so I show my sister and mom who are there with me and they both agree it looks bad so I ask her very nicely when she is done with my family can she please fix my thumb and again she pretends like she doesn't hear me (mind you this is a very small shop and she looked at me when I said it) I know she does but my sister was taking me home and she needed to leave so I was like whatever. So I go home and send her a message on Facebook asking if on Monday she can please fix my thumb because I am leaving for my trip on Tue she never answers me. So I go on my trip making sure not to show off my nails because I am embarrassed. Well I return from my trip thinking for sure there would be a message saying sorry she missed me and there was nothing. At this point I am now angry but I know my sister still sees her so I didn't want to say something rude so I just say WOW. That was it just so she would know that that was unacceptable and that I was upset ( obviously I started looking for a new nail lady) Well she couldn't get back to me when I asked her to fix my nails but i'll be darned she got right back to me after I said wow and left me a very rude message and told me to find someone else. Well my words to her was "I already did and all I wanted was for you to fix my nail if you really can say that you looked at my nail and thought it looked good maybe you need some more classes" and I left it at that. BTW don't get a pedicure here either I also got one on that same day by the other girl ( who is a bit nicer) but I was sitting in a wood lawn chair with my feet in a bucket and when it came time to scrub my heels she pulls out a tiny personal nail file lets just say I have never had such a bad pedi in my life my 9 year old can do better than that. DON'T GO HERE UNLESS YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE OR THE FINISHED PRODUCT. Thank you for reading my true story!! I would give NO star if I could
