Not bad if you're in a hury and like wasting money
I had an appointment scheduled at 1 p.m. and wasn't seated in front of a manicurist for about 40 minutes, which was fine because luckily I got off early from work, but they do take walk-ins and it does affect people with appointments.
You can hardly understand what they are saying because they are Asian and have thick accents. I'm not saying this to be racist or mean, just that my nails ended up longer than I wanted and were not what I was really hoping for, especially after sitting there for 40 minutes waiting.
In total it took 30 minutes to do my nails. They rushed me out of my chair to the nail dryer and then had another manicurist put polish on my nails. Instead of doing just the tips, like I had asked, she painted the entire nail and did it so fast that after the top coat dried there were little bumps on about half of my nails were the polish wasn't smoothed over by the brush.
I had a full set put on, so this little "adventure" cost me $35 plus the $5 tip they didn't really deserve, but I paid anyway. The one thing I can say about Bella Nails is that they are fast, but it shows and for the money I spent, I expected my nails to look nicer. I almost feel that for the money I could have done a better job.
There are little lines forming were the gel is breaking on some of my finger nails at the top of the nail going down. I'm a journalist, so I type on a keyboard and write on notepads, but I don't do anything that should cause the gel to start breaking. Also after one week I broke one of the nails clean off my right hand opening my car door. I've had my nails done for years and have NEVER had a nail break off opening a car. I will not be back, I'm going to look up my former manicurist from A Perfect Ten and see if she can take me in and either take off the nails or fix them.

Hi I'm Amy the owner of Bella Nails. I have read your review. I'm very sorry to hear that. I'm sad that had happened to you. I'm glad you wrote this review so I can find out that happened to you, and I can talk to the manicurist that worked with you. I appreciate your review so that I can improve my buisines. Can I ask you who did your nails. They're are four of us theres: Amy(the one in the front), Cindy(second table),Nikki(third table and kind of short), Tim(male that sits in the last table). It's important that you let me know so I can have a better service.
Thank You very much!
