The drivers are always friendly, like to smile. If you need to be somewhere at a certain time they offer a service if you call at least 24 hrs ahead. As with any small Business there will always be naysayers. when I saw there comments I had to share mine

I asked them to pick me up a month ago in front of winco and it took them an hour. Called today fifteen minutes ahead to pick me up at raba and they said it would be thirty everyone knows it is unsafe after dark especially there. There are basically 3 cab choices in redding road runner taxi doesnt even run at night anymore and yellow cab is totally in incompetent. So there is no one in town that can pick me up promptly especially in an unsafe area? Maybe you could hire more drivers this is very dissapointing.

I tried their services at least 4 times, 3 out of 4 times they keep changing the suggested waiting time. first stated as 20 mins, that was fine to wait , but no one called me back when they were not on time..when I called again to check , the male staff in the call centre was not in good manner, in another time the lady was more polite. There was one occasion, they changed 4 times for the expected arrival time because of various reasons eg the driver was not informing them that he got another appointment !!! you better prepare to wait 30 to 45min. The attitude of the drivers is fine, but the staff in the call centre has much room for improvement. May they really aware of this and have change.

I only take cabs when I am in a bind, so the reliability and speed these guys offer makes the difference between me getting where I need to go and me missing out on important appointments. I don't think I will ever use a different cab company in Redding, as I have never been so impressed with the puncuality demonstrated thus morning.
