I used to hate to work out. Now I love going to the gym. Mostly becasue it is not like a gym where people don't look at you and you feel awkward....it is totally different! The people are wonderful! The facility is gorgeous! The training is exceptional! There is a huge collection of new equipment and state of the art tools to maintain and improve your health. All of the owners really care. Ed White owner the lead trainer and is a true visionary with an amazing heart. You can see by the way talks to people and really cares about how they are feeling. He is also a wealth of information when it comes to diet and fitness. His team, all share a commitment to their clients. I feel special and cared about in every way...from the hand picked the equipement and trainers, to the cleanliness and organization, not to mention the beautiful leather sofas and good free coffee!
I've been a member at every club in town at one point or another - EveryDay Fitness is hands down the best club in Redding. They are keeping up with the times!!! The place is so clean and everyone talks to eachother. I can't say enough about the aerobic program either. The instructors make the classes so much fun! Ed, the owner, is always there and talks to everyone. He is so easy to work with and goes out of his way to make sure the members are taken care of. Once you walk through the door you will see what I mean! I rate this club with 5 stars! Exceptional is an understatement.
Everyday Fitness and Training has emerged as the premier club in Redding. Ed White, the owner, deeply cares about the members and has hired friendly, happy and helpful staff that are always willing to help in any way they are needed. The club is a comfortable, relaxed, clean and friendly place to workout or take a variety of classes instructed by knowledgeable instructors. The personal trainers, Ed, Greg, Theresa, Jerry and Linnea are professional and very knowledgeable. They all make getting fit very fun! Chek out the facility, I guarantee you will LOVE it!!!
