I called an hour ahead and still never came.then them cab driver calls me and I told him I wait about half hour and they never came. So I got stuck walking. When you call them cab then people on their phone are so rude

this place is the worse for one you call me back and say cab will be there in 10 mins i call back 20 mins later she say 15 mins more 45 mins later still nio cab lady that answer phones need to be fired or shut them down than when you call back they send you to voice mail than why ask where am at where am going than say 45 mins wait just close down its best for york

Rude lady answers phone... needs positivity in her life

They're great at taking a call to arrange a taxi and telling you they'll make sure there's a cab waiting for you.



Then they don't turn up.



They'll apologize when you call to ask what's going on, but at that stage you're stuck. It's a bad way to do business.
