This company and tubing trip sound good in theory, but unfortunately the lack of professionalism ruins it.

Tried to contact them numerous times, with no response, and their number is disconnected. How can you run a business with no phone for people to contact you?

Don't put your company on Groupon if you can't follow through with tickets that were purchased!



Luckily I got a refund through Groupon, but it was only Groupon "bucks", and not real $ like I had spent:-/

Good luck people! Don't give this "company" the opportunity to steal your money. There are plenty of other real companies in the area that would be glad to give you their business

Avoid using this company, they are a nightmare to get a hold of, never return emails. Just very unprofessional.

Had a blast! Was my wife and my 3rd trip and everyone we brought in our group said they will definitely do it again. It is surprising to have this much fun in a natural environment right in Reading. Would have been our 4th trip but one time we showed up on a day with light rain and we hadn't confirmed that day and it was closed. Apparently you should definitely confirm on the exact day of your trip like the website says.

Love that my family has something like this in our area. I never Kayaked before our first "run" so we paid the extra to have the owner Corey guide us. He was so helpful and made it easy. This has become one of my favorite outdoor activities. Thinking of buying my own kayak.

After being informed multiple times that I needed to be there with my entire party at 11 am because the bus was leaving at 11:10, there was no one there when we arrived for our prescheduled and confirmed appointment. I mean... no one! 20 minutes later, a guy who couldn't do anything showed up. He tried to call the guy in charge. His phone went to voicemail. The guy who was there informed us that they had both been out drinking the night before and the guy in charge stayed even after the guy who showed up left. This guy eventually said he was going to go to the main office to find a different contact number for the guy in charge. 45 minutes after our scheduled appointment, there was still no one there. As we were pulling out to go to Schuylkill River Outdoors (which we had been to previously and really enjoyed), the first guy came back and said that when they called the guy's house, his wife didn't even know where he was. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL! Almost ruined our entire outing... thank goodness for the awesome people at Schuylkill River Outdoors.
