        Certainly not the speediest bu...

        Certainly not the speediest bunch around... and certainly not the most thorough either. I would have no problem with waiting for the repairs to be complete if I knew that they would be done properly. However, I have had my car in the shop several times over the past year. Each time, they seemed to have misdiagnosed. Very frustrating. They also seem to lack in their ability to communicate. They do not put forth the effort to keep you informed. If you don't call and ask if your car is done, you may never know.
