Through our association with the Reading Hospital and Pennsylvania Eye & Ear Surgery Center, LLC. our board certified, licensed physicians and audiologists are committed to meeting your needs. Berks ENT offers diagnostic and treatment options for adult and pediatric patients faced with disorders of the ears, nose and throat, head and neck. We treat common conditions such as sinus infections , earaches, removal of ear wax, sore throats and nosebleeds as well as more complex problems like head and neck tumors. Additional areas of expertise include thyroid surgery, swallowing difficulty, snoring, sleep apnea, dizziness and hearing restoration. Our team of Otolaryngologists and Audiologists specialize in the identification, diagnosis, and rehabilitation of hearing and balance disorders. Working with the latest advances in technology, our licensed Doctors of Audiology have the training and experience to help you select the most appropriate hearing aid for your particular pattern of hearing loss and we offer a free, no obligation Audiology Consultation to all our patients. Dr. Gianfranco Toso, emeritus and Dr. Elca Swigart have developed an outstanding cochlear implant program at the Reading Hospital which continues through the skilled surgical techniques of his associates, Dr. Winifred Kao and Dr. Darryl Mueller. Since the program began, the emphasis has been on providing the most current technology to our patients.
