I have had personal training from other larger gyms, and I have always felt that the trainers were not truly invested in your workout. At Keys 2 Fitness, it is evident that the personal trainers are truly invested in your well-being, and they really push you to work hard and do your best. I train with Nikki, who is super motivating and fun! She keeps me on track and focused on my workout, and is always giving me pointers to correct my form, as well as gives me feedback on my times and progress. She is patient, and really works with me to ensure that I have a successful workout. I have also had positive interactions with Bryan and Sam - two other trainers at the gym, who are also clearly dedicated to seeing you succeed! The boot camps are great workouts to do in addition to your training sessions, and unlike other classes I've been to at other gyms. They involve strength training and high intensity training to keep you constantly moving so you don't get bored.

Took Steve's 6am Combat class Friday morning and OMG it was crazy hard but crazy good. I walked into this class thinking this instructor (also the gym owner) is almost 40 years old and it will be an ok workout. It's now Monday and I'm still sore. Steve killed the workout to a point you would think he just got out of SEAL training. But then again, the class is called Combat. Best line from class went something like this, "We do not stretch in combat class just like you wouldn't ask the guy or gal shooting at you to stop shooting so you can stretch your hamstrings - you all know how to stretch so get it done and thanks for making it through a another battle." Keys2Fitness is the best gym I've joined by FAR! Everyone is so nice and personable and make you feel so welcome- trainers AND clients! If you feel intimidated to start personal training, DON'T! They work with people of all different endurance/training levels. Nikki and Sam (who I predominantly work with) are GREAT trainers and push me every single workout! If you are looking to get a personal trainer, stop looking and come join us in all the fun! I promise you won't be disappointed!
