went last week got my son a costume with a plastic mask first of all it didn't have a mask in the bag so we had to bug the girl two-waying someone in the back and she brings up this crappy mask with markings all over it. I don't know about you but I certainly am not paying 20.00 for a beat up costume! so she calls back and gets another mask the best one they have in the store for this particular costume has a dent, now my son really wanted this costume so I asked the girl could they take off for the dent she said ask Sue up front she's the manager. I did and she says no. let's just say if I hadn't stood in line for ever after waiting for the right mask I would have left it right on the counter. NOT TO MENTION THE costume! didn't even ring up so I had to wait an additional FIVE mins. for the girl ringing me up to go and check the price. I will not be going back to this store for anything again.
