Overall

We came 2 the campground in Mar, when we had 2 relocate 2 the area for health reasons. Our spot was 2 include water and 30amp electric. We sat in the full sun, surrounded by a line of shrubs and trees. The whole line was FULL of trash and garbage, which my fiance picked up, sorted and recycled. Nvr asking for anything in return.

Hot weather hit, we started having power surges. It would shut off our a.c. unit, causing our RV to heat up to over 90 degrees. At times we couldn't even get a fan 2 work. EVERYTHING would cause surges. Chargers, coffeemaker. It didn't matter. Medications melted, we lost over $200 in food from our refrigerator not staying on.

During all of this,Theresa, felt it was necessary 2 confront me over a handful of strawberries I picked in weeds behind our lot. She told me I was stealing!! No, it wasn't a garden, it was an overgrow thicket of weeds and brambles.

I understand when a business is growing older and needs updating. However, give a discount, offer to keep spoiling food in your commercial fridge, keep in touch w/customers, let them know what your plan is. Do NOT continue taking full rates, avoid subject, say you "just don't know what" you're going 2 do, tell your customer if it's too hot, "it's called the store", suggesting a person leave their dog 2 overheat, and go loiter. Don't tell your customers, "you people need 2 learn how 2 be patient!", when they tell you 2 MONTHS later that there is still a problem.

You want 2 know how they handle bad reviews? They kick them out. Yes, the owner actually sent a longtime, resident to kick us out, because it had to be me who was compaining on Facebook about the park. Wasn't, but it is now!

They appear 2 be putting everything into a barn and tiny storage shed, to rent it out for weddings, instead of fixing lots where people spend between $400-$500 a mo..

I wouldn't recommend them for ANYTHING. Weddings and events included. If this is how they treat their residents, how they will treat YOU?
