I was in such a funk because an expensive book I purchased years ago on CD-rom didn't run on my brand new HP all-in-one computer. Actually that was just one of the problems I was having. Mike came over and figured out the complicated situation with the book and cleaned my computer of some bugs that were causing aggravating pop up windows on my desktop. What was most helpful is that while we were waiting for downloads, Mike taught me a lot about maintaining my PC.
