Working with AC Asphalt on our asphalt project was really a pleasure for us and convenient for our tenants. We got 4 "apples to apples" bids from other asphalt contractors in this area and agreed that AC Asphalt was able to give us the best bid that fit our budget and also took into account the age of the property and got us the most for our dollars. Their estimator made arrangements to walk the property prior to work being started and explained in detail the areas that would be repaired and also gave us a schedule and map for the slurry coat and restenciling. They began their work at 8 am to allow tenants time to move vehicles for the two days the asphalt repair was to be completed. When it came time to do the slurry portion they worked with tenants again to minimize traffic problems and inconvenience. They did an amazing job for the 3 days work was completed and each section was opened the same day by 6pm. I have told other property owners about this company and will have them back for more repair and maintenance work in the future.
