We had tried unsuccesfully to have a problem at our establishment fixed. There was a horrific smell throughout our place and our customers were complaining. We called DoneRight and Larry and Bernade showed up. The were knowledgeable, respectful, and they went to work right away! Bernade suggested that the problem could be one of two things--something in the venting or a broken pipe. Sure enough, there was something wrong with the venting and they removed the pipes in search of the smell. They found a lot of debris inside the pipes and they cleaned itup. They first worked in the women's area to eliminate the smell and they continued to clean all the venting in the whole building. The smell has since subsided and our customers are no longer complaining. If you want a company that will do it right call DONE RIGHT!
