I recently stayed in Amarillo at Ambassador Hotel for a business trip, and had a very positive experience. The other hotels in Amarillo are just upscale \ufffdmotels\ufffd. I needed a real hotel with real hotel facilities and services. The rate was very affordable and the value for the money spent, excellent. The staff was very courteous as well as efficient and helpful and made check-in a breeze. The rooms are great with the business traveler in mind. My squeaky clean room had free wi-fi internet, a chair with a footstool that was great for relaxing while working on my laptop, and a very comfortable king bed. I found an exercise room for my morning workouts, and was pleased to find that the Heritage Park Caf\u00e9 offered a breakfast buffet. It was nice not having to leave the hotel for a good breakfast. Their lobby area is a great place to meet with clients in Amarillo. The Ambassador Hotel even has a business center in the lobby that worked well for me when I needed to quickly print documents. When I return to Amarillo again, I will book the Ambassador hotel without question. As far as I am concerned, The Ambassador Hotel - Amarillo is the only business hotel in Amarillo!
