I love this down-to-earth steak house. The dining room has several levels, and the outdoor patio has a panoramic view of downtown Cleveland in the distance. And the food - superb! As good as any steak you'll get anywhere at a better price. Drinks are good - servers excellent - and ask for extra rolls. They're worth the carbs!

We've bought from Sears, Circuit City, Best Buy and H.H. Gregg -- never Snow Brothers. But now that we've seen their prices (lower), the expertise and professionalism of their sales staff (knowledgeable but not pushy), and the overall operation, we'd never go anywhere else!

Mint ice cream with hot fudge on top = the best! Many of the mix-ins taste stale here, but still not a bad place to go after carbo loading at Geraci's across the street!
