Let's face it…your pet is in trouble ! they are the only option ! THEY HAVE YOU. My dog was in great pain and grasping for every breath. They wouldn't put her down until I went to front desk to pay all charges (over $1500) It took me awhile to access funds meanwhile "my baby" lay alone suffering in a back room on a cold table while staff passed her by. They said if I could not pay they would assist in putting her back in my car.ALL HEART ALL CARING huh, no ALL ABOUT HOLDING A GUN TO YOUR HEAD AND HEART I'd say. COLD people. Sure reviews are good if they helped you and you had the money quickly on hand but for others their true color comes out. THEY ARE A BUSINESS BOTTOM LINE!! Money money

This is a wonderful,compassionate place! A woman at my church (Zarephath Christian Church) found an abandoned one day old kitten out in the cold and brought him to our Bible study that night not knowing what to do with him. A few of us called about 10 shelters and pet hospitals looking for help about what to do. The only place that helped was Animerge. In brief, a kind worker there (Ginny Russo) had us bring the kitten in right away. The doctor treated him for free and Ginny found a place for him to be cared for until he is old enough to be adopted. I was amazed by the kindness and compassion of this place and I'm so grateful for them!

I brought my beloved chihuahua in to Animerge early Tuesday after I found her unresponsive on the floor when I woke up in the morning. I'd never been there before, but I'd taken note of the place when driving by in the event of an emergency such as this.



The care she and I both received was outstanding. When I brought her in, she was moments from death. The doctors didn't give up on her...they saved her life and were able to successfully diagnose her with a rare disease that, from what I've read, is often overlooked. They took the time to explain everything to me and kept in contact every step of the way.



My sincerest gratitude goes out to the doctors (especially Dr. Freeman), the nurses and the rest of the staff at Animerge...they truly saved my precious girl's life.
