Dollar Rent A Car

Not recommended, the integrity of the salesman, Jon, and Manager, Darren, does not live up to the name. We had purchased one car from them that they promised to fix a sun roof problem. We live in Minnesota, and are not in SD much, but had talked to Darren about fixing the sunroof the next time we were in town. It wasn't even a year later, but they would not go through with their word. We also found a truck in our price range that was a major hassle because it wasn't ready to show and they showed it, and promised that it would be up to par the next day, we spent multiple days in Rapid City and it was still not finished. We were upset with the lack of initiative on Courtesy Subaru's part, and started looking elsewhere. We bought another truck from another dealer, but when we came back to Courtesy to say thank you for your time and efforts, we were sent off with the salesman, Jon, using profanities and "flipping off" our family who was waiting in the car. Very unprofessional. Never Again. The cars were both very clean, but the true integrity of some salesman, was not tolerable for a professional business.
