Days Inn Rantoul

We waited 10 minutes before we was greeted, the front clerk was to busy to even look up and acknowledge we was there. Another employee had just came from her car and asked if she could help us.She helped us get checked in. Then we get up to the room and we went to get ready for bed because we drove all day and realized there was hair all over our blanket and comforter. We pulled that off the bed and used the sheet. we was just to tired to deal with it right then and there. Next morning we told them what had taken place and they said they would get us new ones.
We asked where the continental breakfast was because all we seen was a coffee pot. Come to find out they don't have one but according to their advertisement they do .We went to go back to our room so we stopped by to see the pool well guess. Yep you probably already know were this is going. Yep no freaking pool or pool table like the pics showed in the advertisement. They are literally filling it in with dirt. This pool is indoor not outdoor unbelievable right. Wait it gets better. We leave after we get cleaned up and thinking they will take care of the blanket and comforter issue. We come back to the motel at about 8:00 pm. We realize that the original blanket and comforter are on the floor and the new blanket and comforter is on our bed. The new comforter and blanket has hair on them as well. We go back to the front desk clerk and we let them know we really aren't happy. The clerk takes us back to the clean laundry and low and behold every blanket and comforter has hair all over them. We literally couldn't believe it we asked him if he would use that and he said no. Not once ever did someone apologize for all these issues.
