Blue Cab Of Charles Town

I give this company a rating of 4 stars only because I had to wait an hour for a car. If not for the wait, I would have rated 5 stars. Compared to the other area taxi services in Jefferson County, WV.....This company should be rated 100 stars because they actually show up and make every attempt to accommodate the PAYING CUSTOMER.

The professionalism of this company is something that the other taxi services could take notice of. If ever I am in need of a taxi in Jefferson County WV again; I will call Blue Cab & ONLY Blue Cab.

Called 30 mins ahead of time, they didn't come by 45 minutes so they were called again, then they said 20 Minutes. It has now been 2 hours and the business is supposedly 5 minutes away. Verified the address 3 times and they told me they have already been here, which is bull because I have been sitting right outside in front of the building for the past 2 hours. This place sucks.

My son is a thru hiker and needed a ride to the hotel. The cab company said it would be 25-30 minute wait. He waited and we chad to call to find out the status. I was told the driver was delayed and it would be another 15 minutes. 30 minutes later he was picked up and a 3 mile ride cost $50.00 and a 60 minute wait. So bottom line save time and money and call another company. Not cool guys and bad business practice.

Very affordable, but often slow to pickup. Still waiting, called for a pickup an hour and a half ago, said he'd be 45 minutes.

Best company in Charles town,driver was very nice and helpful.He help me with my groceries from the trunk.I would recommended this service to anyone.Keep up the great job.They have great rates.
