Those guys do good job. My wife did lip augmentation and her lips look nicer now. She is so satisfied with the results actually. The guy I mean Dr. Sina is so nice. He promised that my wife will be super satisfied and he did his promise.

I HAD DONE BOTX LAST MONTH AT TRUE BEAUTY AESTHETICS. I GOT ACTUALLY AMAZING RESULTS. DR. SINA WAS SO NICE HE DESCRIBED THE PROCESS FOR ME THEN HE STARTED THE JOB. MY WIFE HAS DONE BOTOX BEFORE AT ANOTHER PLACE BUT SHE WAS NOT SATISFIED. SHE MIGHT BE DOING BOTOX AGAIN WITH THE SAME PLACE WHERE I DID MINE.

I DID LASER HAIR REMOVAL 3 MONTHS AGO AT TRUE BEAUTY AESTHETICS AND IT WAS AMAZING. I DIDN'T EXPECT THE CURRENT RESULTS BUT MY HAIR BACK WAS NOT LOOKING GOOD. I WAS RECOMMENDED BY A FRIEND TO DO LASER HAIR REMOVAL FOR MY BACK.

I SEARCH FOR A PLACE TO DO SO IN RANCHO CUCAMONGA AND I FOUND TRUE BEAUTY. THEY LITERALLY CHARGE LESS THAN ANYONE ELSE WITH THE BEST RESULTS. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS FOR EVERYONE.

The doctor was nice, but that's the only good thing I can say about my experience at True Beauty Aesthetics. First, I had an appointment at 11:00 a.m., which had been confirmed by phone. I arrived to find the salon closed! I called both numbers posted on the door, but no one answered either line. When I finally got my appointment, the technician was TERRIBLE! She did not even introduce herself! There was no dialog - she did not give me any indication of what the treatment would involve or what I was to expect. She was NOT AT ALL gentle while administering the treatment! More than once she made me jump because she hit the bones in my face so hard with the instrument! When she was finished, she handed me one paper towel (PAPER TOWEL?!) to wipe the tons of gel off my face and hair, since by that time the gel was in my hair all around my face! When I asked for more towels, she again gave me ONE paper towel!?? Finally she said I could go in the bathroom and use the cleaner there to wash the gel off. TERRIBLE customer service! A BAD experience!!! I would NOT recommend this place to ANYONE!!!!!

Very poor service over phone. Nobody to pick up calls, or no calling back on voicemails..and most of the time, the inbox will be full, even to put a voicemail. I am not sure, if this situation is only for customers, who already paid through Groupon.

And worst of all, be careful that they won't trick you. I bought 2 coupons through Groupon for Laser Hair Removal. While majority of the centers offer you 6 treatments for $99, these people will give you only half of it, that is only 3 for $99. After the 3rd treatment, I was scheduled for the 4th and my 4th was done. When I went for the 5th treatment, they are demanding that I should have paid for the previous and now I need to pay. How on earth, they think that the customer has to remember all these? They should have informed me, before they started the treatment itself. Never go there? Why should you waste money while the other centers offer you for half the cost and they never try to trick you!
