Outstanding install team, called in morning to see if I wanted them earlier? So glad I said yes. Marten J. and his assistant were experts, consulted me about my preferences for cuts. They carefully moved my big couches and credenzas, bookcases. When the estimates came, they had said it would be a 4- 5 hour job - but happily they were finished in 2 hours! They removed all scraps and returned the furniture. I am so pleased with their work, and would recommend S.P. Carpet Pros (out of Rancho Cucamonga) for all my future flooring installs from Home Depo.

Brenda called my family and I and stated their show time to be between 8and 10am. They were a no show. Wasted my morning. Simce!they are the only HD works with they think they can get away with lying. They actually called HD to cover themselves. Don't work with them. No apologies. No nothing. Make America Great Again! This co has no accountability. Do not recommend to your colleagues.

After having an appointment for over a month and confirming my install date, Carpet Pros called THE DAY of the install to tell me they were 'looking' for someone to install my carpet and were unsure if they would be able to find someone.
