Pizza Factory

Friendly clean and great experience!

Being a resturant owner myself Im here to write about my second time being here. Mind you the first time I ate food from this place I got horrible food poisoning possibly due to the carelessness of the teenagers and uncontrollable sweaty manager working there. So i decided to go back becuase i had heard there was a new owner. Goes to show this guy is worst then the last! He is an over weight man who is constantly sweating perfusly and whiping it with his hand every 40 seconds. So this guy, Don, who I beleive to be the manager/owner is the one working the register, tossing the pizza's, cooking the pizza's, and everything in between. At this point im watching this so called "buisness owner" whip away more sweat from his face and he grabs dough out of the freezer right afterward and starts tossing a pizza while he's shouting at the rest of the employees to "Get their Sh*t together!!!" becuase there are about 3 people in line just wanting to know why their pizza's are coming out so late. After he tossed this pizza I witnessed the worst thing ive ever witnessed in a resturant, He looks around then reaches into his pants and scratches his a** crack in front of everyone and throws on some topping to another ones pizza. I really dont even need to go any further then this even though it gets worse. Becuase of this i will never eat at another pizza factory in my life nor will i even recommend it to my dog. I'm taking the time out of my horribly busy day to address this so people dont get sick or experience this horrible customer service any longer. Forhealths sake dont eat here.

The lady is correct . The owner is a complete moron with a very bad temper. He is not capable of running a business without being in control of his emotions.



Warning to parent's that have kids that want to work their. Don't let them. They will have a negative experience for their first time job.



I used to walk in and order pizza until I saw him treat customers and workers like how the Lady in the comment here.



I never will give him business again. I also advocate this to everyone I know in rancho cucamonga.
