If you are new to pool ownership look no further. Our inground vinyl pool was installed about six years ago and we are happy. Even before installation we were asked to decide about coping around the pool and we hear a voice from the next room "its one of those things that can't be done after installation" and we decided to do it, it was absolutely the right call. We really have not spent much on chemicals or service since the initial installation. Taking water in for testing is easy and if you do need some correction they spell out the steps you need to follow to get back on track. Advice over the phone is fantastic if you have any problems or questions just let them know. This year we had some issues at opening and they have dealt with them wonderfully, phone advice to get us up and running until they could get to us (week before Memorial day!!). Service people I have talked to are friendly, knowledgeable and approachable. Kevin took the time to explain what he had done and to ensure that I was satisfied. I think management looks for win win situations and are one of the few companies left that don't gouge people which obviously is why they have a great reputation. I selfishly wish them continued success!

First, can we tell you that we were blown-away when we received the gorgeous flower arrangement? Sounds corny, but we got the warm/fuzzy's, big time! We have been thoroughly pleased with the entire construction process (other than the rainy summer that equated to many delays) and more specifically your team. From meeting Gerry S. at the home show and our first meeting with Josh G. back in March and Jon P., Kevin (Uncle) to Kevin P., Kyle, Jason in Pool Care. You have assembled and unbelievable team! And... we must mention Darren Hilyer, Capital City Curb & Gutter and his team. Darren and his guys were professional and very accommodating! We truly believe that our backyard paradise wouldn't look as good as it does if it weren't for Darren's experience, advice & expertise! Tom Harte, Harte Electric & Cary ("our" electrician now) were also great to work with as well. We have gained friendships throughout the process. Only regret so far is that we did not build the pool years earlier!
Just want to say Ryan reinforced the reason I continue pass two pools stores when going all the way to your store. I know I pay a little more at RSP over the other pool stores, and more over Home Depot and Lowes (although it had been explained to me that their chemicals and salt are junk ; ), but Ryan spent a good 10 minutes with me on the phone explaining why I should close my pool each winter (this year I was thinking about just leaving it open), and a few better ways to go about doing it. I pretty much can expect some good advice every time I call in, but Ryan was a real help on an issue that's been buggin' me for a while. So that's about it. I rarely take the time to send a note to a business for a good or bad experience, but Ryan spent some real good time with me, and that's why I keep coming across town to RSP.
