I have an older model BMW 525 with over 283000 miles on it. I brought it to Z-Mech Automotive for a fluid leak. The maintenance team troubleshot it and found two problems which they showed me at my request in the shop. Z ended up being the lead mechanic. While the car was in the shop, I had a few minor cosmetic things done to it as well. Competence and quality assurance are very important to me. Z and his team @ Z-Mech has provided me with that. Also when it comes to auto repair, like many people, I am at the mercy of what the "experts" tell me meaning that I have to trust them. This is very hard to do, but I got a PEACE from Z-Mech and that was a great thing for me. Z and Adrianne kept me updated constantly. Z is a true professional as it is hard to deal with customers, especially when expensive auto repairs are on the table. His shop is clean; his lounge is outstanding; his employee base is spot on. I strongly recommend Z-Mech Automotive. Great job all.

Good, Fast, and Fair - Highly Recommend I needed a tune up, new break pads, and inspection for a VW Passat. I already knew I needed what he found. Service was great and fast. He charged a fair price and didn't add on extra costs like I have experienced with some places. The truck is running great. I highly recommend this mechanic.

AWESOME JOB! I just had to let you know what a great job Z-Mech Auto is doing. They gave me a choice of what oil I want to use each time I come in, and they DON'T pressure you into buying extra services or product, like most of the other shops do. I have taken mine and my wife's vehicle in for repairs and have come out feeling satisfied with a job well done, and the customer service was a breath of fresh air! Your staff is to be commended.
