Raleigh Pool

We are not happy with our pool purchase from Raleigh Pools and Spas. Be careful to read what you are signing and do not allow them to tell you that the installers "work for them" as we have found out they do not. They "sub" for them which in essence means they sub-contract out the work which is not "working for them". We paid an extra $325 for extra dirt to be brought in which was supposed to include backfilling but the installers did not backfill. Our pump was installed backwards as well. When we called Raleigh Pools and Spas we were hung up on, never received returned phone calls and were more or less told "oh well" in so many words. There was no "We apologize" or "We will do what it takes to fix it" nothing like that. When we stated we were going to the Better Business Bureau and 5 On Your Side, we were told to "go ahead". They do not care about your satisfaction at all, they just want your money for the pool you purchase. All I can say is be careful and look elsewhere!
