Johnny Paddock started the business in 1987, and passed the company on to his daughter, Jessy in late 2011. Johnny still works full-time, in the day-to-day operation of the company. Jessy manages the office, and is usually the first person you will talk to when scheduling an appointment.Casey Wilkes, Jessy's husband, joined us in 2012. Casey takes care of our area rug pickups and deliveries, and runs our 2nd carpet cleaning truck in between. His never-met-a-stranger personality and strong work ethic are an awesome addition to Preferred Floor Care!

You can trust us with your prized oriental area rugs. We clean all fibers, however, most oriental rugs are made of wool. At our rug cleaning plant, we rinse your rugs with a solution designed specifically for wool. This solution adds the natural oils back into the wool, preserving its color and vitality. We clean cotton fringing by hand, and hang the rugs to dry. This ensures a completely thorough drying, in order to avoid mildew or dry rotting. We also offer free pick-up and delivery, and quick turn-around (usually 5-10 business days).
