Otto's Exteriors

Paul was wonderful. We have been trying to replace our roof for several months and were unable to get local contractors to give estimates. A neighbor used Otto's Exteriors for their roof so we decided to give them a call, although located over 70 miles away. Paul was prompt in returning the call, professional and timely in all deadlines, dates given. The estimate was accurate and there were no surprises. Most of all the job was done beautifully, the new roof makes our home look new again. Being a gardener and having an English Style flower garden in the front of the house, I really appreciated the care given to keeping the gardens and yard intact. They were wonderful in working around all my plants....no small chore. Have recommended them to people who ask who did our roof and will continue to recommend them.

The team that did the actual work was also very professional. They worked hard all day to get the job finished in a timely manner. Denis was very nice and answered any question we had. The cleanup was great. I have never found anything left in my yard. Would highly recommend this company and will definately use them again myself.

When I had a problem with one of the installed windows. just as quoted, he came to my home and replaced the window (at my convenience) at no charge. You cannot go wrong with this company!

Wonderful company to have on your side during an insurance claim dispute. Otto helped to provide supporting documentation for our claim that was initially denied without their help. Experienced, quality work at great price! Customer satisfaction is very important to them and we'll be using them for future projects as well!
