I am extremely dissatisfied with Dr. Shah at the Apex location. When I first went to see Dr. Shah, she insisted I needed six crowns. When she put in the first two, she argued with her assistant almost the whole time. The next time I went to see a dentist, I picked someone else. He stated I did not need the four other crowns, and also stated that the ones Dr. Shah put in were done wrong. I returned to see Dr. Shah—but she was out of the country. The dentist filling in for her agreed the crowns were not set correctly. (I was charged for the visit.) When Dr. Shah returned, I saw her, and she said if I had come back within a month or two, she would have fixed the issue. Since I was no longer her patient, she would only fix it if I paid for the full procedure. I sent a concerned letter to the main LeCann email, and I never heard back from them.
I love Dr. LeCann and staff! So knowledgeable and very kind! I've been going to the Raleigh office for 4 years! So happy I chose her office!
I was really impressed with my visit to LeCann Family Dentistry because the staff was so friendly, and gentle! I recently got my teeth whitened with Zoom, and I love the results!
I had not been to the dentist in years and it was very comforting to be taken care of by a doctor and staff who truly cares about their patients and takes the time to make sure patients understand their treatment needs. I highly recommend this office.
Dr. LeCann and her staff are awesome. She was very gentle with both of my sons and my husband who is also afraid of the going to dentist.
