Most recently I took my sons 2007 F150 Lariat in to have the brakes replaced and to trouble shoot what appeared to be a slipping transmission problem. As it turns out, the problem was a mis-firing issue which they were able to correct, Thanks Bobby! I have taken a number of my vehicles to them over the years and have always had faith in the work they do. No one likes an auto repair bill, but I know I can trust what they tell me and I can trust their work. I highly recommend these expert mechanics.

I am the owner of Falls Village Auto repair. We do understand why the customer that posted todays review is upset. When she came in for a coolant leak, we performed a pressure test and found that her radiator was leaking out of the bottom left seam . There were no other leaks. We showed the customer where it was coming from and she gave us permission to replace the radiator. After it was fixed we pressure tested it again and test drove the vehicle. Everything was fine. No leaks. 5 days later she came back with coolant reservoir leak. This is separate from the radiator. It is an 11 year old plastic part that gave way. This was called by a weak spot it the reservoir. this is called the path of least resistance. If a pressurized system has a weak spot eventually it will leak. We told this customer that the radiator has a 2 year free replacement warranty but the reservoir was leaking now. That has nothing to do with the work we performed. It is unfortunate but was out of our control. If it was leaking when it left here. she would not have made it 5 day. The fact that it was leaking out of the reservoir tells us that it just happed. otherwise the reservoir would have been empty. We even knocked $42.50 off of the price of the labor on the reservoir. We have done everything that we can and understand that it is an unfortunate situation, but the facts are that it was not leaking when she left and didn't leak until five days later when it cracked. We will continue to stand behind our warranty on the radiator as we do with all work that we perform.

Falls Village exxon does except the yellow page coupon, and were more than helpful with my car. These guys are quick, trustworthy, and great all around. I would highly recomend these guys to anyone who is looking to get their car fixed right the first time for an affordable price!

After calling and confirming they accept the yp app mobile coupon, I drive to the shop. When I get there, Bobby tells me he doesn't know what yp is and that he will not honor the coupon. I ask if he advertises with yellowpages he says yes. I show him my phone, the reviews, the whole yp app with the advertised deal and he says that's not him, not his advertisement and he doesn't offer oil changes at this price.

Bobby and Craig are the REAL DEAL. you can trust them to not only tell you what is wrong with your vehicle, but also, if you don't have the money, they are quick to tell you what you NEED to do, then what you SHOULD do, and then what you OUGHT to do. They are as honest as the day is long. if you are looking for a local mechanic, one you hope to use forever, and live or work in the North Raleigh area, these are your guys.
