Abortion Pill and other No Surgery options Our abortion clinics offer early pregnancy termination with the abortion pill. The medical abortion is recommended to women who are in their early stages of pregnancy. Some women who are 9 weeks or less find this a good alternative to the surgical procedure. Surgical Abortion Surgical abortion with gentle dilation and suction is available as early as the 5th week of pregnancy and up to the 20th week in our NC offices. A variety of sedative and anesthesia techniques are used to minimize any discomfort during the surgical abortion. Our abortion clinics are conveniently located to women in NC, SC, GA, VA and TN. All National Abortion Federation facilities are held to high standards of patient care and are required to undergo intensive training and site evaluations in order to remain a member of this national organization. We are licensed by the NC Division of Facility Services as well as having CLIA certification. Financial Assistance We offer financial assistance through a variety of special programs to help reduce abortion costs. Reduced rates are always available to women in our military, students and women with a Medicaid card.
