wow what a place to call for appliance repair these guys are on the ball fast and great service washer and dryer they fixed both of mine in one trip
I called Tim and he came the same day. I was pleased as my refrigerator/freezer was not cooling. I thought I might need a new one, but Tim suggested freon might do the job. He filled it up and the temperature is going down now. He is personable, helpful and knows his work well.
We had a water leak on the water line in the back of our refrigerator. Mr Tim Dupree has repaired the water leak one time, and we paid him the first time. But it leaked again after some time. We asked Mr Dupree to come back to fix it the second time, and he made us paid him the second time. But now it is leaking again. I've called him to see if he can fix it again, but he refused and hung up on me. This is very disappointing and very bad service.

It was not leaking in the same place each time .the first time it was coming from the water valve and the next time from a water line on the back of the fridge and these leaks occur almost a year apart and also I would never hang up on a customer I have been in business for almost 20 yrs and have a lot of loyal customs but sometimes people think because you work on one part of an appliance you should cover the hole thing for life .no one could make a living doing thing like that. I'm very sorry that they felt taken advantage of and wish they call instead of writing a review to smear my name
Prompt, efficient, reliable and economical home appliance service. Has repaired/replaced water heater, washing machine, dryer, kitchen faucets. He's the man to call.

Phenomenal service!!!
Tim Dupree was the only appliance repair company to return my call needing service for my LG refrigerator (of the 8 companies I left service requests with). He took the time to advise me over the phone on how I could fix the problem myself, which saved me from needing a service call!
Duprees will be the only appliance repair company I call next time!
