Youngs Appliance Repair was outstanding! The technician was professional, respectful, and quickly assessed my issues with my washing machine and refrigerator. This "YOUNG" man knows his stuff! He even arrived early and had two Covid Masks on!

Glad they are taking extra Safety Measures for their customers.

My stove is broken and a technician was sent to assess... turns out all my burners are broken with a code F2 coming from the stove. I was told the switch board wasn't functional and that I definitely need a new stove which I'd be receiving that following Monday.Absolutely horrible customer service! I received no call from the company.After communicating with the realtor who service my rental property they decided to initiate communication. They called and specifically spoke with Cassandra who was not only rude but hung up on them. I gave the company a call myself and she was also extremely rude refused to give me her last name and connect me with a supervisor. She also hung up the phone in my ear several times not to mention extreme yelling on her part. I would rate this place a ZERO PERIOD!

I needed my refrigerator repaired because it wasn't cooling and I lost all of my food. Well Young's Appliance came out at 11pm and I was so grateful. They are the only company that is on call 24 hours for refrigerators repairs. Thanks Tim!!

Tech came over after 7pm and due to my stove door was locked. I called everyone in fayetteville before getting in touch with this company. I will never use anyone else after getting this quality of serivce. (my family own apple bees and I will use them to service our HVAC system also. Thanks guys and be blessed. ( Be Safe) BBG.

Don't use this company. Unprofessional and incompetent. Misdiagnosed problem, demanded payment upfront for repair and parts but refused to refund when I cancelled repair date. BEWARE! Call someone else!
