If I could give negative "Stars" to rate this clinic, I would.

3 words. Class Action Lawsuit!

If you have an addiction to a substance you may benefit from this location if you can tolerate being treated like garbage by uneducated, trash who cannot get a job anywhere else.

DO NOT GO THERE FOR Behavior Health treatment! You will come out worse than you walked in and if you're in the military they share your records even if you self refer.

Dr. Shah is a horrible Psychiatrist. When every patient is prescribed the exact same medicine no matter what their symptoms are then you can tell something's wrong. I would not recommend wasting your time or money going there.

I was admitted here my sophmore year in high school. Im now a senior i still cant even put into words how terrible this place is. They treat you normaly at first then the turn for NO reason at all treating you like garbage. Although their where a few staff members that at least tried to pretend to care about you. And very few that actually cared. Also I have had to be managed before, ill say that they dont physically hurt you more than whats necessary.

Customer service and billers can not do their job correctly. Psychiatrist do not care. Would drive up there for 45 minutes and only get 1 min of time with Psychiatrist. They really care about collecting your co-pay though and charging you $25 if you don't literally call AT LEAST 24 hours in advance. Oh not to mention the scheduling errors on THEIR part. They will literally send you a way even though you have appt card. Pathetic

My mother is a patient currently and being treated horribly by her psychiatrist Dr. Shah and her therapist, a woman named Candace. She is supposed to be there for depression, suicidal ideations, and this urge she has to steal things, thus kleptomania. Since Dr. Shah himself said this was an unusual case, he has decided to diagnose her as a drug addict because he has no idea how to treat the kleptomania. Saying my mother is an addict is laughable, absolutely ridiculous. However, I do believe it is correct to say she is addicted to stealing, but not drugs. She went there for help and has been ridiculed and belittled. This is a terrible, terrible place with at least one unqualified psychiatrist, Dr. Shah. I witnessed his dramatic, emotional belittling of my mom. Please do not go to this place for help.

They treat you like animals. Do not go there. The doctors are also bad.
