Horrible customer service and the owner/manager was extreamly rude. We came here for my sons birthday. Three of my kids skated but one was grounded so she wasnt allowed to skate. The owner wouldnt let me bring her in with me because we didn't pay for her to skate. He said the adults could come in without paying, but my grounded kid could not. After trying to reason with him, all he would say is that he would refund our money and we could leave. If it wasnt one of my kids birthday we would have left. Instead we gave him 8 dollars for my daughter who didnt skate. He took skate tickets when you walk in and when you get skates. So how is someone who didnt get a ticket supposed to skate? Your logic is flawed. This place makes up its rules on the fly. Horroble horrible place to go.

This doesnt even deserve one star. It was just awful. My friend sat down behind a pool table because she fell and got hurt and the "referee" yelled at her to get up. We were sitting in a booth and were told to leave the food area even though we were waiting on our other friend with our food. They threw away our drinks even though they were still half way full. We stayed for new years and on their website, it didnt tell us it was 20$ so wasted money on a horrible experience that WONT happen again. They need to update their website too. It's not free wifi, its free wifi for ONE HOUR. The referee man ( I wont put names) glared at my friends and i, followed us around and constantly pointed out small things to get us in trouble for. It was freezing in the building, so we got under a blanket we brought and he told us that there is a rule in the lobby about distance, but when we went to leave, we looked and there was not a rule about it. The food was terible and over priced. A two year old with a easy bake oven could make better food. The people there were awful. I will never go back to this place again. Take my advice. Its not worth it. You would have more fun walking around Walmart for hours .

I gave it one star because zero stars is not an option. They are the rudest people i have ever seen. I took my kids there twice and they were the same rude people . I dont see how they are still in business. I will take my kids to fort knox from now on.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Its run down, outdated and most importantly the staff is terrible and ruder than anyone i've ever meet! Its has concrete floors so kids learning how to skate are bound to get bruised all over. No cell phone service in the entire place. The food is terrible. No joke. But what really got me was the old lady in the front, the owner. She is so mean and hateful to everyone. I'm 19 and my little sister was having a birthday party. As soon as i walk in the door she yells at me to take my beanie off. Try to put in my purse and she yells saying they can't even be in the building. I have to take it too my car or give it to her. Well half way through the party, I see my Dad and Grandmother walk out for a smoke. I take my skates off to go with. Well i get to the door and she ask if i'm leaving. I told her i was just smoking. She then told me only adults and parents of the party can go out and come back. I would have to pay to come back in. I tried to tell her i was an adult even offered to show her my id. She then jumped in front of me blocking the door and contradicted herself by saying only parents can. I told her that was bull hockey and walked out. I came back in, no problem. So inless you want to go spend your time and money to be in a dirty place with rude people, I wouldn't recommend it.

I went here for a birthday party for a friend of mine's daughter today (November 17, 2012) First of all, the service for a birthday party is horrible, it's better if you just go alone or with a couple friends. Even if you're IN the party but don't want to skate, unless you are a parent to a child, you have to pay to get in, or else they do not let you in AT ALL. They told us over the phone if you're in the party but don't want to skate, as long as you say the party's name, you get in for free. BIG lie. So I had to pay for a ticket, the woman there was rude to me because I dropped my receipt and didn't get it fast enough to her, and she practically yelled at me because I didn't pick it up fast enough. They are so rude there, and don't let you get a single word in when trying to get something ordered. We waited over two hours for our pizza (which never came, and my friend ordered well ahead in advance) and they kept telling us "It'll be 30 minutes!" And then the next time "It'll be another 20 minutes!!" And then "We're sorry, it's going to be another 40 minutes!" "It'll be another 15 minutes!" We never even got our drinks, which led the kids there to be very thirsty the whole time. The "owner" there kept arguing with my friend saying that once we pay, they cannot refund us, and kept trying to push the pizza on us, which we still never got. Do not go here for a birthday party
