Wow! My experience at Gentile Honda was the exact opposite of the two previous reviewers. I purchased my new Honda from Gentile in September, 2013 and I couldn't be happier with the vehicle, service or price! Reno was my salesperson and he was extremely helpful and courteous, as was the general manager (and I happen to be a woman). They bent over backwards to find the perfect car for me and gave me a better price than I could find elsewhere as well as more money for my trade-in. They happily stayed late to finish the paperwork so I could take my new car home that night. I had visited several dealership before Gentile and this one was by for the most professional and comfortable. I plan to have all my service done at Gentile and I will not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. Thanks Gentile Honda--I LOVE my new car!!!!!
Worst place I've ever considered buying a car from! They were extremely pushy but were very convincing that they were there to help you and would honor their contract. That was a bold face lie. I thought I was going to buy a car with them and in order to secure the best price I started the process that was still dependent on acceptable financing. I was told that if I didn't accept the financing that they would give me a full refund of my deposit. After additional consideration to my budget I decided it wasn't the deal for me. When I returned to let them know they told me that they would not refund my deposit because I had accepted their financing which was not true. After some arguing they had me agree to pay $200 for using the car while the deal wasn't final. <br> <br>So in the end I'm out $200 because the team at Gentile Auto are liars. They will not honor their word, and they will do whatever they can to take your money. <br> <br>DON'T BUY A CAR HERE. Save yourself a headache and go to a more reputable dealer.
